Job Description

Concern Housing is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff at supervised residential sites, ensuring high quality care and a safe, supportive environment that promotes client growth and stability. The role includes supervising and training staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements, coordinating client services and schedules, and collaborating with community providers. Responsibilities also include supporting program development, managing site operations, participating in hiring and evaluations, and providing leadership to ensure effective delivery of rehabilitation services. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in a related mental health field along with supervisory experience.

Days/Hours: Tuesday – Saturday; 8am – 4pm
