AV Operations Specialist (Managed Services) – Overnight Shift

Job Description

IVCi is looking for an Overnight AV Operations Specialist to support the monitoring and operational stability of IVCi managed environments during overnight hours. This role assists with operational monitoring, incident tracking, and internal support activities to help maintain service reliability and readiness for the following business day, and also serves as an additional layer of support to the Managed Services team as needed and required. This role is an onsite position, reporting into our Headquarters in Hauppauge, New York.
