Hub Director

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Hub Director to lead and strengthen the We Are Long Island (WALI) Organizing
Hub, a growing collaborative of community organizations and grassroots leaders working together
to build collective power across Long Island. The Hub Director will provide strategic leadership,
coordination, and operational oversight for the Hub and will help advance the Hub’s shared vision,
strengthen member engagement, support collective campaigns and initiatives, and ensure the
effective implementation of project priorities. They will serve as a connector, facilitator, strategist,
and relationship-builder, helping members identify opportunities for collaboration, develop collective
campaigns, and strengthen the long-term sustainability and impact of the Hub.
The Hub Director will report to and work in close partnership with the WALI Leadership Committee,
providing regular updates on Hub activities, supporting the implementation of Hub priorities, and
ensuring accountability to the Hub’s membership and governance structure.
