Facilities Custodian – West Sayville

Job Description

Concern Housing is seeking a Facilities Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and well functioning environment throughout residential buildings and common areas. The role includes routine cleaning of offices, hallways, apartments, and shared spaces, as well as minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and assisting with basic repairs. Responsibilities also include monitoring custodial supplies, supporting event setup, maintaining exterior grounds including snow removal, and following safety procedures while ensuring compliance with agency standards. Candidates should have basic maintenance and cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Days/Hours: Tuesday-Saturday; 8am-4pm
