Concern Housing is seeking Per Diem Counselors to provide flexible coverage across Long Island programs while gaining hands on experience in the nonprofit and social services field. The role includes supporting clients with daily activities, monitoring medications as needed, completing documentation, assisting with household responsibilities, and providing transportation when required. This position offers a great opportunity for professional development, supplemental income, and schedule flexibility while helping ensure consistent support for program participants.

Days/Hours: Flexible shifts; Days, Evenings, Weekends and Overnight available
