Weekend Evening Counselor – Shoreham

Job Description

Concern Housing is seeking a Weekend Evening Counselor to support clients with daily activities and help ensure the safe and smooth operation of the program during weekend evening hours. The role includes providing direct care, teaching daily living skills, supporting meal planning and house activities, monitoring medications, assisting with transportation, and addressing basic housing or maintenance needs. Responsibilities also include maintaining documentation, participating in team meetings, completing safety checks, and ensuring compliance with program requirements while providing supportive guidance to clients.

Days/Hours: Saturday & Sunday; 4pm – 12am
