$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

We require:
Valid NYS LPN License
Must be able to effectively communicate residents, families, visitors, staff and etc.

We prefer:
1+ year nursing certification
1-3 years Long Term Care experience.
Reside in Suffolk County.

Salary: $28.5 – $35.00 per hour

* Rates are based on commensurate experience and other qualifications.
